O`Hanlon & Farrell have completed the electrical installation of the new 7 storey-301 bedroom Marlin hotel, Bow Lane, Dublin. It includes a public licensed bar and restaurant at ground floor, hotel gym, meeting rooms, associated ancillary accommodation and an internal courtyard at first floor level. 

The development also includes an own-door retail unit at ground floor level on Bow Lane East, ancillary retail storage at basement level and a single storey courtyard pavilion comprising of a licensed bar/restaurant.
