Design and Build of a new 4,000m² 3-Storey Trainee Teacher Building for Art & Craft Design, Physical Education and Technology. Accommodation included high standard office areas, seminar and reaching rooms, reception area, Sports Hall and refurbishment of office/administration block along with car parking and associated Siteworks. Construction works took place within a live University Campus.
Numerous renewable energy elements included within the development which achieved VG BREEAM Rating.
