Recently completed in May 2024, the development delivered in two phases included the construction of modern residential buildings with the inclusion of 48 balconies. The contract included the development of communal spaces including an exercise area, reception, offices and courtyards. Phase 2 of the work saw the completion of public realm enhancements including roadways, street lighting, ponds with aquatic planting and wildflower planting.
